Rick's Seafood House, Wildwood, New Jersey Restaurant Details

Fresh fresh fresh seafood! Made to order but seriously under seasoned. Make the trip to this place but ask for salt and pepper on the side.

Not sure what anyone else thinks but I love the crab cakes! I make sure we get here every year for seafood when we visit wildwood.

My gf and I had two AWESOME experiences here. Frist, on the way into wildwood, we stopped in and grabbed 2 pints of crab chowder and fries, and ate outside at a shaded bench. It was excellent. The soup was very complex flavor-wise, and was not over-salted. The fries were just great. Thick-cut lightly salted fries cooked in fresh high-quality oil. Next, after a horrible food-experience on the boardwalk, we came back to Rick's on the way home and got the Broiled Lump Crab Meat. THAT WAS AMAZING.
All of the staff was very pleasant and hard-working. They told me to call-in my dinner order because they get extremely busy at night, so I called at 6pm, they estimated 1 hour, we played mini-golf and headed over. Presto! it was ready on time, and it was Fantastic. I'll be back next season

I have to say that we were down here on a convention last june and they wanted to order food for a late dinner after like 8pm, so I suggested ricks and OMG we called and even at that late ordered for 30 people like 300.00 worth of food . Seems Rick knew a friend of his in the Band and he was great to us....We all loved the food and the portions were OMG again so so big we could have fed 50 people with all that food, The band is again going to order from Ricks this convention ,looking forward to it..
