03/29/2016 3:20 amNice display of many species. Tanks/displays are nice with decent lighting so you can see everything. However if you try taking pictures expect some blurry photos if you are not use to taking photos in the kind of lighting they have. Remember they are striking a balance between your viewing and what's good for the fish. Can be VERY crowded during peak hours. If you want to try and see everything without "running through" aquarium plan on spending 2 or 3+ hours. Entry fee is a little high, like most other places in area, which is to be expected in a tourist destination. Recommend seeing it once but not twice due to price. |

03/28/2016 11:59 pmLet me just start out by saying this...very average. All around an average aquarium, nothing that crazy and nothing very Ripley's about this establishment. The biggest downfall of all was how pricey this place was, it was $65 for two people! It was outrageous! The only reasons for why this place even received 1 star was because they had chill ass penguins, I had to take a big dookie and the toilet paper was very nice, I would say Charmin Ultra Soft was what it was. I was not very pleased with my visit, way too expensive for a very mediocre aquarium, I would suggest doing the sky lift or even the one and only World Famous Salt and Pepper Shaker Museum, save your money for something else. Ripley's...I am not mad...I am disappointed. I r8 0/8 m8. |

03/24/2016 11:30 pmAlways a great stop while in the Smokys. The staff is always friendly and willing to answer questions and share stores. We did Splash with the Rays, Behind Scenes Tour and Painting with a Penguin, we had the same staff members for the programs; amazing! Should definately experiance them all. |

03/19/2016 10:31 pmOne of the best aquariums I've been to. Spent a solid 2+ hours here. The glass tunnel under the shark tanks is the best part. It's nice and long and all kinds of fish, sharks, and turtles swimming all around you. They even rested on top of the glass right above our heads lol. Very nice collection of interesting fish. There's also penguins, a large tank where they dive in and feed huge schools of fish, a large stingray tank where you can watch them feed from below, or go above and pet them. Can also hold horseshoe crabs, and pet jellyfish (non-stinging). We bought a combo ticket at one of the mini golf places so we payed about $90 for the aquarium plus two other attractions for 2 adults. We did the 3 highest rated things we saw on Google... the aquarium and Ripley's Old MacDonald mini golf and Ripley's Davy Crocket mini golf. Other Ripley's attractions didn't get that great reviews, I give all 3 of these 5 stars. |
