Roberto's Taco Shop, Henderson, Nevada Restaurant Details

Food:

worst service on the planet. the server lady just "ya, ya, ya"ed me through the order. spoke a bit of broken English and generally just didn't give a crap. we ordered 3 different dinners and chips w/ guacamole. my food was completely left out of the order. as in not in the bag at all. my dads food was cold, under cooked and the cheese unmelted by even a little bit. as if they just took it directly out of the frig and threw it in a foam box. my wifes food looked a huge mess, basically slop in a box.

you know, i remember in southern California that Roberto's was the absolute best. out here in vegas, even taco smell beats them out. not only in food quality, but food presentation and also employee professionalism. our orders are wrong more often then not. we talk to management about it here and there but nothing ever happens. same crappy food, served by the same crappy employees with the same crappy attitude.

Roberto's....what the hell happened to you? are you being held hostage in some dark forgotten basement of some long forgotten Roberto's taco shop? should i call the police? the marines? batman? obi wan kanobi? at this point, i am willing to try anything aside from selling my soul to the devil and witch craft.

please, please, PLEASE! fix your restaurant. your food was so good at one time, the employees nice and friendly. they took pride in their work and generaly did an amazing job with the food, the customers and the restaurant itself. you realize people are actually going to taco bell and del taco instead of going here? you realize that right?

Food was good and ready fast. Cashier horrible customer service. Restrooms dirty and no soap never again!!!!!!

NEVER AGAIN!!! last week I ate there and didn't feel well the next day. this week they intentionally messed up my order. I ordered12 tacos no lettuce and the only one they make correctly is packed on top of all the other tacos and napkins. I checked the one looked the rude cashier in the eye and asked all no lettuce? she nods I get all the way home and all but that single taco are covered in lettuce. I truly believe it was intentional because a few were messed up last week. this week all but one are wrong and it just happens to be the one on top. Not buying it. staff is rude bathroom looks like a gang war zone and the place is poorly cleaned. I will never again hand them my hard earned money. shame such trash had taken root in one of the nicest parts of town!

BEWARE! Second time eating at this location. I didnt feel well after eating there the first time. The second time i got an order to get for 4 of us. We all got food poisoning and were sice for 2 days. I called to tell then and the response was "i dont remeber you"

Idk what's up with the negative reviews on here. This location is great because they kept one of my favorite combos for a special price. Every other location I go to seems to not have it for whatever reason. The staff is nice, and the food is always up quickly. I always throw some money in the tip jar for them.
