Not sure what's going on lately but 2 hours for a delivered pizza is ridiculous. Usually know ordering from rockys takes longer than other pizza places but to be told 1 hour and it takes 2 is uncalled for. Probably the last time for awhile we order rockys unfortunately.

The worst experience ever!
I've worked in the food industry for 15 years, and have even worked at a couple of Madison location Rocky Rococo's! Ordered a pizza for delivery, 2 hours later and 3 phone calls later, no pizza! They were still going to deliver my pizza, and charge me, that had been sitting there for at least an hour but wanted to give me a coupon to use for next time! The worst managerial customer service ever! Nothing but excuses and no ownership of their mess up! Other Rocky's are still probably worth it, but judging by the rest of the comments here, I would avoid this one at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Really bad customer service! The token machine broke and they refused to give me tokens at the counter with out paying 10 or 20 bucks! Really ridiculous! The staff are rude and disorganized! Won't be coming back to this location again! To top it off my pizza was burnt!

Absolute worst customer service I've ever had, and that's really saying something. The staff really didn't do more than being in the food. Never asked if we needed anything were hard to find when we went to find them...and were not responsive. I think the worst part of all was they had us in a big room, which was fine, and this jerk of a woman who had her party when ours was done decided she and her party were more important than us and ours. I didn't mind that she was there putting up her decorations for her party, which included some light show...but she kept shutting off the lights...keep in mind her party wasn't there yet. It was really hard to see in there by the way and the staff did nothing to stop her. In fact, they told us they always kept it dark in there...we had a bunch of five year olds for Christ sake...we couldn't see, and other than the jerk, we were the only ones in there...keep in mind, her party wasn't there yet...she just wanted to admire her light show I guess. This happened even when we were trying to clean up...and couldn't see our hands in front of our faces. But oh, let's make sure all lights are off so that jerk could see her light show. And staff...don't accomodate us at all...so fine...we will Never return. Don't waste your hard earned money at this place...They obviously lack ettiquitte and any kind of customer service.
