Romano's Macaroni Grill, Arlington, Texas, Italian Restaurant Details

Food:

Out of six orders, four were cold,I mean cold cold. Not warm..just cold.
My so called 26 dollars ribeye, was NOT a rib eye but more like a sirloin and covered in pepper.
Not everybody likes pepper on their food...I certainly do not. The service was ok but slow.
After 20 years in Arlington,I won't be going back. Basically,50 bucks wasted. A movie and popcorn would have been better.

There food is great and the services is great. Never a bad meal here.

Food was terrible. Salmon was burnt on the bottom. Steak was dry. Chicken was overcooked too. The only good thing was the service... yucky!!!!

i ordered a caprese salad, i expected a regular salad.to my suprise, i got this wierd creation that didnt look like a salad at all !! Waste of my time and money !!
(i would rate this a 0 if possible !! )

Today I went to the location off of I-20 and Frontage Rd. and received the worst service ever. The cook seemed to have an attitude problem. I've always ordered my favorite Chicken Milanese and would substitute the potatoes for grilled vegetables...the unprofessional Cook with an attitude told the waiter that it was impossible to substitute anything on the menu.

This was my last meal at this Macaroni Grill. This cook, and I call him a cook because he's no Chef for sure.

I Rate this restaurant a 1 Star because of the lousy service.
