Went on a Saturday evening and were surprised they were only a third filled until the host gave our booth away, waitress ignored me expecting me not to be the one paying, and brought us dry/heat lamp forgotten lobster ravioli and farmsted pizza. Guess it is better than fazoli in terms of quality but how much does that say especially when you factor in the bill? We could have went to Paravicini's Italian Bistro and the movies

First time at a Macaroni Grill and I loved it. I had the blackened chicken Parmesan, kids had spaghetti and meat sauce and chicken and pasta. We all finished our dishes. Will be returning :)

Went around 4pm for Happy Hour, $3 beer & wine specials, very good house wine, Mars was our waiter and he attended our every need. Chef brought out our entrée, very good service & the food was delicious.

I visited this RMG with a group of colleagues/friends a few days ago. We did make a reservation but noticed upon our arrival that this would not have been necessary as the restaurant was nearly empty (max. 20% occupancy). We were promptly seated and our beverage and food orders were taken. The beverages arrived quickly, something that cannot be said of our food order. After about a 75 minute wait the first orders started showing up, it took over 90 minutes from placing our order until everybody had received their food. All along please keep in mind, the restaurant was almost empty. When I finally received my order (make your own pasta) I was very disappointed. Not only was my food lukewarm at best, but also bland and barely enough to be considered an appetizer, not to mention and entree.
The only reason why I am giving this, otherwise 1 star experience, 2 stars is the fact that our main courses was comped by the "Executive Chef".

Had a birthday dinner here and was one of the worst experiences ive had in this city for service. We had extremely slow and poor service from our waitress and the place was maybe half full. She didnt take our drink orders, the hostess had too, then when she showed up and brought us bread (which was terrible)we asked for silverware so we could cut and eat the bread. Ten minutes later still had no silverware and again had to resort to the hostess. Food was medicore at best, and waitress remembered to ask if we wanted any parmesan when we were almost completely done with our meals. Thankfully none of us did. I would give this place 0 stars if that were an option. Save your money and go somewhere else.
