Romano's Macaroni Grill, Memphis, Tennessee Restaurant Details

Food was not fresh. Lack of customer service. The other one in Germantown/Memphis www better. Sadly it burned down a year or two ago. Would not recommend this. Carabba's is better than this and only this Macaroni Grill

The service was good. The food was tasty.

It was okay, the prices are a little high end just to add certain ingredients to the meals,
there was a uncomforting vibe here at first but it's Memphis so that's given anyway, but it was okay...for now.

update: the food is premium-ly fresh and superbly DELICIOUS, the manager today had a very friendly demeanor and was very kind, respectful and courteously considerate.

I believe she's Italian from up north with the ethnic credentials,
well honorable and worthy of managing Italian cuisine being produced is any
Italian woman.

I would know perfectly because my grandmother is Italian.

Long time fans of RMG we've been to many of them all over the states and this was a good one. We asked for an off the menu dish Pollo a sugo bianco, the chef remembered the dish, it was AWESOME! !!

Food:

Management will not own up to their mistakes and try to force their errors on the customer. This is now the second time I have had a problem with this particular restaurant, I will not be back.
