Haven't been there in years, tried it again and it wasn't as good as it once was. Don't think I'll be back.

Food is always good here. Just wish they had another location in the east valley.

I SHOULDN'T GIVE THIS PLACE A STAR BUT ITS THE ONLY WAY TO LEAVE A COMMENT! THIS PLACE HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, RACIST, AND ONLY LOOKIN TO GRAB A BIG TIP. SERVED I AN MY FAMILY UNTIL AN HOUR AFTER WE ARRIVED PLACE WASN'T EVEN BUSY TO, FOOD WAS COLD PPL WHO CAME IN AFTER US GOT SERVICE AND SERVED FAST WHILE I MY HUSBAND AND KIDS HAD TO WAIT KEPT ASKING SERVER HOW FAR ALONG OUR MEAL WAS BUT JUST IGNORED US TILL I GOT UP AND RAISED MY VOICE....

We are passing through Mesa. We decided to stay a couple of weeks. Since I'm from Texas I want to find a place to eat great Mexican food. Garcia's was a great start. Good atmosphere, great service, good drinks and the price is reasonable. We have been there twice and we would eat there again.

Used to live down the street and didn't know how good I has it! Now I go back every time I'm in that part of town...and occasionally make up an excuse to BE in that part of town:)

My favorite is the Tacos al Pastor. Not cooked on a spit (I think there's and AZ Dept of Health rule against that) but still tastes just like my favorite beau fate from Acapulco.

You have to be careful not to fill up in the excellent hot chips, swee tomatillo salsa, and the roasted tomato salsa. Yum!
