Rosati's Pizza, Mesa, Arizona, Pizza Restaurant Details

I am absolutely furious right now!!!! I ordered a CHEESE calzone with pepperoni, mushrooms and green olives with a side or ranch in addition to some pasta and cheese sticks. We ordered at 7:45pm. Not only did it take an hour and 15 minutes to deliver (9pm, when they close) but i didnt get any ranch and there was NO cheese in my calzone! Who makes a friggin calzone with no cheese???? Of course theyre closed now so nothing can be done and i have no dinner. NEVER ordering from this place again...

The food here is delicious! My favorites are the pizza bianco and the fettuccine carbonara.

I ordered the fabulous four pizza ask them to put 1/2 pepperoni on it instead of the sausage and keep the sausage on the other half. I guess it really confused the girl taking the order i ended up getting a pizza with pepperoni and sausage on one side and no meats on the other side. To top it off i was charged for two extra toppings. Obviously i didn't call back i would just rather tell other potential customers my experience at this place.

Rosati's has good pizza but the crust is a bit bland. Better than Barros but not quite as good as Bellagio.

This was the second time my family has ordered pizza from this location. They under cook pizza even after we ask them to cook it well done. I have been ordering pizza around the valley from other rosati's and never have a problem. This place has a bunch of teenagers who don't care about quality or who don't pay attention to detail. I will be surprised if this branch will be open much longer as the two times I have went to pick up the pizza people in front of me have had problems too. This is sad that one franchise will help bring down the rest. If you want a great Rosati's experience you unfortunately have to drive to Glendale where the one off Union Hills is a true chicago restuarant with awesome food and service!
