Food is good but I can't deal with the service. Try to call in an order but I always get put on hold and forgotten. Rosati's missed out on a $120+ take out order today. 5 minutes on hold is unacceptable to place an order for pizza. I waited 10. Bummer because I really wanted that Monster Pizza. I'm just not going to put that much effort into trying to give them my business. Obviously they are too busy to take my money.
