The Spicy Korean Chicken Bowl is my favorite dish. You get a LOT of food for $4. The seasoning and flavor of the chicken is great and consistent. It can get real busy during lunch, so try phoning in your order ahead of time.

My family has been customers for a few years, but this restaurant has taken a turn for the utter worst with the rudest staff and the worst customer service. While visiting for dinner the wait was tremendous with an extremely rude server. He kept calling me, “bro” and never apologized for the long wait, but what made it worse was his blatant disregard for the customers waiting in line. Instead of servicing the customers waiting he was adjusting menus and you could verbally hear him making continual comments to the staff in the back.

Finally when he got to us he gave us a dead look, and after we made a comment about the wait his first response was, “are you giving me attitude bro?” I was floored by this extremely vulgar and rude response. All I had asked was if he was ready to take our order, I had been waiting for 15 minutes with only two customers in front of me. What made the issue worse was that my Father who was using a cane due to his recent surgery was forced to stand while waiting.

During the confrontation this “server” who chose not to serve the customers began to say, “hey at least I’m workin’, can’t you see how busy I’m workin’, you should learn to wait and be patient.. etc.” Never once did he apologize, instead he continued to berate me as if I was a hebetudinous customer. This pernicious approach made my extended family and myself feel extremely uncomfortable, with even my grandparents who are regulars leave disgusted and sickened.

I teach and have worked in mental institutions, my job relies on patience. His aggression made my family leave. I left a note to the manager who was not working, only to not receive a call back or a formal apology. This extremely poor service should be noted, I will no longer recommend this restaurant to anyone ever again. The place is unwelcoming, extremely unfriendly, and their unorthodox “service” will make you leave. Never support his establishment, and please never recommend this restaurant to anyone you know.

The food was dry and had no flavor. The service was horrible. The so called manger Matt was extremely rude when I asked for more sauce.

The signature spicy Korean chicken bowl is Fantastic!! The portion is big and the price is right. Once the staffs get to know you a bit as a regular, they will treat you like family. Both good food & a sense of family keep us coming back for more!!!
