Food was okay, it wasn't as fantastic as everyone had said it was. My chicken chimichunga had a weird chemical after taste to it.
The service was kind of nonexistent. They were really nice but we saw our waiter only three times our whole meal. Once for the drinks, once for the food, then for the check. No drink refills or anything. We also ordered a cheese dip for our chips and never received it. It showed up on our bill, however They removed it once we mentioned it.
Like i said they were really nice, just not there. I won't write them off, but i won't go back any time soon.

This is the most authentic Mexican i have found so far in Jacksonville. Prices where a little high and the service was ok.

The service was terrible! I get better service and definitely nicer people through a fast food drive thru! If you order a taco salad and want fajita meat they will give it to you but fail to tell you it will cost $3 more! There fajitas come out on a cold plate not sizzling! The tamles have a teaspoon of meat and a ton of masa! I complained about my food being nasty and they agreed but did nothing about it! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!

The food wasn't at all as described in other reviews. I come from texas where there are tons of Mexican restaurants and they are good and authentic. Here in Florida it's been hard to find any good Mexican restaurants. Well we read the reviews and decided to give it a try. Well the food sucked!! Tamales were straight masa, no meat.... The taco salad was watery and had a bad after taste and cost was expensive, if you want fajita meat they fail to tell you it's $3 extra. The waiter was rude and assumed he knew how to split the ticket and when he brought it back it was split wrong. Wouldn't give us a discount on the bad food, and not even on the tamale my sister-in-law didn't even eat because it was just straight masa... Not even considered a tamale. Never got drink refills. Just over all very very bad experience! I definitely get better service and food at Taco Bell.
