Round Table Pizza, Reno, Nevada Restaurant Details

Food:

Why does it take 2 hours to get a pizza delivered. They pretty much mess up my order everytime. We have even called to get a delivery and they told us they don't deliver to our area when I know they have done it multiple times before. I called back and asked why they won't do it and they told me that they were busy and we should use a diffrence round table. Not very good at their job if you ask me.

Food:

We had a group of 30 women today for the buffet lunch at 11:30.
The service was excellent and the food was good and hot and they were ready for us in the back room. We will come back again.

Had a very positive experience at this Round Table this week. I work with a Christian organization that takes kids camping and gave the staff at the restaurant only a couple hours warning that I'd be arriving with 22 hungry kids for the lunch buffet. They were well prepared for us, had a room ready, and kept up with the demand. We felt very well taken care of.

Ordered a pizza for delivery, was told it would take an hour and 30 minutes when I live a mile away not sure how that's possible. So I tell them Ill do take out they say it will be 35 to 40 minutes. So I drive down there 40 minutes later and they tell me it will be another 20 to 25 minutes. enough said!!!!......poor management poor staff organization.

I dont have any problems with their service and their pizza is consistantly great. More than I can say for most other places. It's also great the next day reheated or cold on the run hehe
