Round Table Pizza, Reno, Nevada Restaurant Details

Food:

After having numerous delivery issues, long waits, pizza never showing I gave up. After 3 months of not buying pizza at this location I gave them another chance and did pick up only. Worst customer service still. Arrived and paid for my pizza after a long wait I finally said where's my pizza. It was made and in their warmer for over 30 minutes, they never called my name. Got a refund and left. Never again will I let this location ruin my day with bad customer service. Employees very busy socializing at shift change. Considering I was the only customer waiting for pickup you would think someone there would check with me after 30 minutes of waiting, not like they could not see me waiting.

RATED ZERO STARS if I could.

Food:

Ordered over $60 in pizza. The chicken was good and the Flat bread was good. But the pizza was raw when it was delivered. Call Round Table and was on hold for over 20 minutes. This is the 3 time I have had problems with this place. I will not order from the again. 3 strikes your out!!!

Food:

Ordered a pizza for take out. I was told it would be 30 to 35 minutes. I get to the restaurant 40 minutes later and wait in line for 5 minutes before I was even greeted by staff. When I was finally helped by a staff member I gave them my name for pick up. The staff member walked around the kitchen for a few minutes and finally told me my pizza was going to be another 25 to 30 minutes.

Needless to say it took them an hour and a half to make a large pizza. Horrible team work by the staff, not working together, and the customer suffers. When the staff is not working as a team things get messed up i.e. the product, so with that our pizza was mediocre which was sad because it took an hour and a half to make a pizza I could have made better for half the cost and half the time!

I decided to give this place a try after hearing how good it was. I placed my order at around 6:30 pm. My house is not even 10 minutes away, but my pizza somehow arrived 2 hours after I placed my order. It was barely warm, some toppings were missing and the wings were burnt black. :( I called them to let them know and they offered 15% off my next purchase, which wont be happening. I'm truly disappointed. I should have gone to Little Ceasars and saved $40.00.

My experience with round table in lemon valley has been absolutely horrid, the customer service is crap and I have never spoke to people that are so unprofessional in my life until I attempted to order pizza from this place. I've gotten completely burnt black pizza from them, I called them and they said they would send me 30$ worth of coupons, I never received them. They've given me a completely wrong order and it was burnt again then I complained to them about how I never received my coupons when I did that they basically said oh well deal with it. They have delivered a pizza to the wrong house and gave it to the neighbor for free anyways because "they couldn't locate my address" without informing me after I waited an hour. My boyfriend and I called and ordered a pizza and whoever was on the phone took my order very politely and nicely. Then an hour later I called to check in on my pizza and they said they don't deliver in my location when they're only 15 minutes away from me and they had already made the pizza and threw it away, again without informing me. When I was speaking to the woman on the phone she was very rude with me and made disgusted noises at me every time I said something. Extremely disrespectful staff and I intend on calling their corporate manager. I've been extremely polite to all these people through all their mess ups and I'm getting nothing in return. I honestly wouldn't ever recommend this place to anyone.
