we went here for Christmas 2014 and every dish we grabbed was dirty we cleaned it and tried to eat the plate of food we got and thinking about how dirty the dishes were we started thinking about the pans and the cooking area and couldnt bring our selves to eat. we told the lady the dishes were dirty and she says no theres no hot water we rince them in cold not to mention some of the fish products were cold when you got them that also scared us the food was barely warm and the lady refused to give us some type of a refund my husband and son didnt even touch the food.

Not much I can say about this restaurant. I've even been going to this place when it was at it's old location. I think this exact place opened up around 2005? Let's just say I've been going here from 2005-2013 and meal average; 20 Dollars.

Excellent value and selection for price. All you can eat SUSHI!

Very good quality and selection, with excellent seafood, salads and deserts. It is also extremely convenient, right off the Chicopee exit ramp from I-90.

Excellent food and huge selection. Repeat customers. As far as problems, many of the wait staff don't speak english, which I completely understand but I worry that they may be exploited by the management. The owner/manager has been heard screaming at people in the kitchen to the point it was really out of control. I also recall at the original location, two managers stabbed each other to death in the office. I do wonder...
