Waitress had no idea what she was doing. The meat was very thin and slightly old and the food was very overpriced. 17 dollars for pad thai?

Food:

The food was not good. It smelled like dog food. Even though I took one bite they never offered to replace it and still charged for it. The table cloths were filthy with old food. The plates had old dried food. I would never recommend this place.

Food:

Been a long time customer but will not go back. Owner is trying to sell the place and the food/service reflects her lack of commitment to her customers. I ordered take out tonight, jasmine rice and coconut soup and it took over an hour for the food to be ready. At least two customers dining in left the restaurant after waiting an hour or more to get their food and two other take out customers waited over an hour to get their food. The owner was the only cook in the kitchen and she could not fill the orders in a timely manner. In addition, she made the wrong soup, so she should just close her doors now. I will be heading 2 min up the road from now on to get my food from Jasmine Thai. I will not recommend Royal Thai to any friends or associates.

Delicious! We order from them all the time- Try the Penang or Masman Curry Chicken or Beef Pad Prik with a Papaya Salad :)

The fried rice was really good. The service was horrible. There were 2 girls working there and between the two it was horrible. The people before us left a $1 tip and the dollar was ripped in half. That should have been the sign. We were practically the only people in the restaurant and still received horrible service. The girls complained about the tip they got from the previous people. It took 30 minutes for the check and that is a long time to entertain my kids. We were stuck there for 2 hours. We could have walked out and not pay for our meal because that was how long it was that we did not see our waitresses. When I finally saw them they were both busy on their cell phones. Well I don't think I would return. It's not worth it to go there.
