Terrible service. The lackadaisical server took our order, then 20 minites later we were still waiting for our drinks. The restaurant was far from busy. We walked out hungry and disappointed.

The hostess was rudely greeting everyone with "we're on a thirty minute wait." Except, no one could understand her because she said it with such attitude and mumbling that we and several after us had to have her repeat what she said. She successfully turned away several groups. However, we were the third party of two lined up willing to wait. Then she told us that even though there were open tables, the kitchen was backed up and she couldn't seat us. Next, a party of 4 came in and she sat them right away. We walked out and went to Chipotle a couple of blocks away. I've never seen a hostess work so hard to make customers feel like an imposition.

Stopped here while in D.C. on vacation. It's close to the hotel.

To start: Asked for a Black & Blue (Guinness & Blue Moon), they're out of both. Asked for a Sam Adams, they're out. Asked for a Dogfish Head IPA, they're out. Settled for a Sierra Nevada bottle.

Next: My son mentioned it's my 40th birthday. I specifically did NOT want a fuss made, but waitress doesn't even acknowledge it with a, "happy birthday."

Finally: Creole Tilapia was poorly cooked with spices dumped on top. Inedible. Waitress asks if I'm done and takes away the 3/4 remaining fish that I couldn't choke down without even asking what was wrong. I think she had a very good understanding of EXACTLY what was wrong.

Not a bad place to grab a lunch in the Rosslyn area. The restaurant itself is a little dark when you walk in. During lunch you will see a majority of people having lunch who work in the Rosslyn area so sometimes there trouble getting seating. I enjoy the salad bar here. They have some good options and it's not a disgusting salad bar like most places. The best part about this place is the happy hour after work. For $5 you can get a cocktail with Absolute Vodka. The bartender makes the drinks nice and strong so it's pretty good for a nice drink after work.

I work next to this place and my coworkers and I like coming here for a nice sit down lunch, since the area doesn't have many sit down restaurants to choose from.
