Ruby Tuesday, Greensboro, North Carolina Restaurant Details

Food:

It was a party of about 15, 2 of us ordered the half rack bbq baby-back ribs. BBQ sauce was just some tomato paste spread over the ribs. No taste no seasoning, could have just left off the sauce would have been better. The others had a different variety of things, but no one was saying that was good. Just it was what it was.

Walking inside you feel pretty comfortable until you start eating that hairy food but that white chick with that pretty booty tho lol

08/07/2014 It all started when my server opened the door for me before entering the restaurant. The attitude and glow of the staff was outstanding. The atmosphere was okay and decor was seemingly out to make you feel like this is a high class restaurant. I don't know about high class but I will tell you its high priced. A simple Classic burger with fries and water will run you 10 bucks. While the burger was mighty tasty the bun was not. They served my entree on a fancy plate that's when I knew they mean business. My server was super attentive and well mannered. I looked up on Glassdoor because I was curious about the server wages and I was utterly disgusted I then talked to her about it she confirmed that she only gets $2.13 an hour!! Such outrage for the restaurant to be charging such high prices and not even offering a decent salary for their employees and their families. I made sure I tipped good because that's all they have to look forward to at the end of the day. Their regular check will barely pay for gas just to get back and forth from work. Beyond those issues the food was decent and air inside works great. My server was the best in the building at the time while the others sat around and chatted amongst themselves. I don't think I will be returning any time soon.

Our server Amanda was great but all of our food was just "OK" wasn't worth all the money we paid for it. I think applebee's is a lot better than this place.

Really not worth it.I had a free burger coupon and still spent 18 dollars for 2 drinks, two burgers and two sides.This burger was like 13 dollars each. So you would think it would be good, right? It was a mess, and the " applewood bacon" was like one slice, broken in half and literally so thin it should have been just left off cause you couldn't tell it was there. The salad bar looked like a truck had gone through it, which when I said something about it, they said, oh yeah, happens all the time. Now they came out and got it straight, but my burger Was out now and so that's that after waiting 10 minutes for a refresh. Like missing items and brown lettuce was normal. Ok, 2.50 for a coke, sure why not .the problem is ruby Tuesdays is trying to be a good restaurant but just cant pull it off. I have been to the one on 68, wendover and even out of town like Fayetteville. Everyone has had an issue. They have stepped up their marketing and tried some new dishes, but for me,it just doesnt cut it for the money. I even signed up for their promotions and get stuff in the mail and tried to use one to have the waiter tell me I could3G use it except for this or this, basically if you don't wanna spend 30 bucks for a tough steak and a lobster tail the size of a crawdad, save it.
