Ruby Tuesday, Waterville, Maine Restaurant Details

Food:

Salad bar was fresh... However if you order chicken wings make sure you mention bone-in or you'll get the chicken bites which are terrible!

We were in Waterville and fFreeport Maine. We are at a Ruby Tuedays and had an excellent dinner. Tthe waitstaff and manager were very accomodating We highly recommend this restaurant.

Food:

We went to Ruby Tuesday for dinner, it was a Wednesday night around 6:20 pm. Ruby was about 2/3 full. We got seated right away to a wet table and seats. We had to take the napkins and wipe it off before we could sit down. the waitress assisted. We order our beverages, my fiancée got a Long Island Ice Tea and I got peach ice tea. Her Long Island did not have any alcohol in it. We ordered dinner and salad bar. My order was the New Bella Steak and hers was Shrimp with fries . We both went to the salad bar and to our surprise they were out of lettuce, mushrooms and bacon bits, there were several items that were not replenished. We complained to the waitress and they started restocking. The waitress informed us that they we running behind in the kitchen and it would take a while before we got our meal. Waitress did offer free dessert as a thank you for not getting upset. Well the dinners came out from the kitchen, Steak was good but mushrooms were ice cold, waitress took them back. My fiancées dinner was not good either the fries were cold and not cooked all the way. Waitress was apologetic again for the issues. When we left there the place was less than half full and know I can see why. We will not go their again for quite a while. It's too bad it use to be packed and a very good place to eat. We feel bad for the waitresses because this effects their tips.

I love Rubys! My boyfriend and I go there often and we absolutely love it. The menu is large so you can always try something different! They have everything from burger, salad bar, ribs, and pasta! Great food and at a really great price. They also have tons of coupons if you sign up for emails they will send you some which really help out when the bill comes. They are always prompt, unless very busy but thats at any restaurant. The food is great, and if not, they take care of it for you, and the prices are great. I have been going for years and I will continue to go back :)

Food:

Went today, sat down and then they proceeded to not bring drinks and essentially abandoned us. They started serving others. I was surprised as I have eaten there many times. I got up and left. They didn't even notice.
