Great for Thai takeout. Very nice range of options. Everything we have had is good, but temperature has been hit or miss at times.

The food taste amazing very authentic curries and noodle dishes. My only gripe arr the prices. For the price I'm paying I would atleast expect a side of rice to come with the meal. Unfortunately you will have to order a side of rice separately.

Overall. The food is great, just a tad bit pricey.

Do yourself a favor and try the shrimp purses and the egg rolls. Absolutely fantastic.

Also, they are GREAT with their hot stuff. If you're a hot food lover, dont be afraid to try the 5. The cook is amazing enough to make it burn, but not overwhelm the actual taste of the food.

Overall, this is one of my favorite places to eat in madison, and isn't super expensive (30ish for a dinner for two and two appetizers, and two thai ice teas... which to me, is not bad for amazing food).

Oh, if you are a Thai ice tea fan, try the Thai Ice coffee... ITS WAY BETTER.

Most of the time, the food is fantastic and the service is good. My last visit, I made a complaint about...I picked up a take out order. I got to my destination which was about 25 miles from Sai bai thong and my order was wrong. the chicken tasted bad and I didn't receive tbd appetizer I had ordered. . When I complained, I was back to order more take out. I was changed full price, not compensated for not receiving the food I ordered last time or the dissatisfaction. I was extremely disappointed there want some kind of discount. This doesn't seem like good customer service and may detour me from returning again.

Food:

Dan and I had a fabulous late lunch/early dinner today at Sa Bai Thong on University. We haven't eaten there in a long time, and we'd forgotten how good their food is. I had the Ka-Ree and Dan had Pa-Naeng. Yum!
