Sahara Falafel, Anaheim, California Restaurant Details

Cashier was rude and pushy. I was way over charged and I have never ordered hummus, foul aND falafel and not get some kind of thing sauce or pickles. I got nothing. I was told everything is made from scratch but it was actually fresh from a can and the falafel was made from a box. $37.00 went to waste. Never will I eat there again

The staff will make fun of you right there in Arabic if they think you don't speak it. Personally I think that's not cool. There is this guy who always pick up the phone, argues with the customer and then when you get there they make fun of you lol

This is the place to get some really good shawarma and there baklava is really good. The cashiers aren't the friendliest but with food that good you don't really mind

I don't understand the bad reviews. Sounds like someone just trying to be malicious or something. I think the food here is excellent. Everything I've had so far I have been very satisfied with. Ive had the chicken, beef, hummus, salad, tabooleh, kabobs, sandwiches, even the deserts the sell on the side are awesome. I'm not Arabic so I am even more picky when it comes to great food and this place has just that. I might say that some of the menu items are a little pricey but the food is worth it. I definitely recommend this place. For those of you looking for a date night, this place is definitely not that. The dining area is extremely casual but not in a bad way. It's just not a "date night" kind of place. I give the food here two thimbs up. I've eaten here about 10 times now and will keep going back. The guys don't speak much English but they are friendly.
