Great honeydew boba tea with pearl! Only $2.50 for about 12 oz. I can't wait to go back and try a sandwich

I went looking for this place to try the bubble milk tea. I started drinking it in Taiwan, and am always looking for a good place to get it here. Siagon Cali had a closed sign, and looked like no one had been in there for a while. But next door was Movies and Tea, which has very good bubble drinks, though they don't serve sandwiches.
