Food:

Always an amazing experience. This is one of my workweek staples. Big portions, delicious options and a great price point. Highly recommend the Pho!

My family has been going here for a long time so I am very disappointed to write this review. Service is horrible. Waitress must not be familiar with the menu and refused to even consider changing what she messed up. Ordered the beef pho soup and the bowl was small and bland. The vegetables that come on the side were dry and showed obvious signs of wilting. Obvious that food has been sitting around and isn't the fresh. Appetizer plate and drinking glass were dirty and needed to be replaced. Not all the bubble tea flavored were listed and the tapioca beads were mushy. They may have been old or frozen and thawed multiple times.

I will start by saying that I don't blame the cooks for the bad food.

I blame the owner, for hiring such terrible cooks. Or at least for not cooking the food correctly.

I grew up around Vietnamese food, and to say his is "great Vietnamese's food" is an insult to my taste buds. The food is mediocre at best. And if you think this is delicious food, than I was right about Nebraskans. Your taste in food is horrid, maybe try going to a different state to try the food there, before you start making otherworldly claims that the food is "great".

I give the star to the wait staff.

Excellent food! Sometimes the service is a bit slow, but the food is fantastic. My husband always gets the BBQ Porkchop. I get different things but I love the crispy egg noodles, the curry (fish or chicken are both good), and the pork clay pot. This is one of the places we eat regularly.

We love the soup and spring rolls. My daughter is picky and special orders, they always comply. Sometimes service is a bit slow but not bad.
