Another place you have to take family if their visiting! Great food for meat or veggie lovers! The Vietnamese soups and salads take you on an adventure. The spring rolls are heavenly!

It's amazing to me how many restaraunts in Colo Spgs are rated four or five stars. Quite frankly, most of them should be rated much lower. While Saigon Springs is not perfect, it has a few items on the menu that have kept me coming back every week for the last 10 years. First and foremost, the pho is rock solid. Not too tangy like many of the other Vietnamese places in town; a soothing flavor that still allows you to add hoisin and hot sauce to your liking. (By the way, in all the years I've been coming here, it has never once been cold as another reviewer mentioned). The Bun is also great; just the right mix of meat, noodles and vegetables. The Vietnamese ice coffee can't be missed. And lastly, the fried egg rolls are the best I've ever had. I've had all these items in Colorado and California, and Saigon Springs is tough to beat. Yeah, the dining room is not upscale, but who really cares these days. It's the food that will keep you coming back!

Some of the best Vietnamese food I've had. The cost is very low so it's a terrific value. Not big on atmosphere but that's not too important to me.

Looks pretty sketchy from the outside, but easily the best Vietnamese in the Springs. I'm an East Coast transplant and have tried almost everywhere. Hands down best, plus it's cheap.
