Saito's Sushi is simply the best sushi in Los Angeles. The fish is extremely fresh, the chef's selections are excellent, and none of the flavor of the catch is dulled by unnecessary lemon juice or wasabi. Come here if you want to eat fish. Go somewhere else if you want dragon rolls with spicy mayonaise and a Fourth of July sparkler.
