Food:

Awful customer service the delivery is just as bad or worse. The only good thing they still have on the menu is the pizza. Unless you order a specific topics they will give you pizza that isn't freshly made.

Been going here for over 10 years and the food is crap now and the service is even worse than the food. No one there understands English, knows how to take an order, or give quality service. It's sad because I used to love this place and eat there all the time but I just hung up on them when I wanted to order because I'm DONE with their lack of customer service. They kept me on hold, hung up on me, and when I called back they tried to put me back on hold and I said no. Then they tell me delivery is an hour and a half for 2 miles up the road. The last time i ordered they gave me someone elses food, then came back 20 min later wanting it back, I'm assuming so they could go deliver cold food to someone. They constantly mess up the simplest of orders, and 9x out of 10 the bread is undercooked. Screw you Sali's.

Since moving in August this became 1 of my goto delivery spots. This pizza was always tasty and quick even on a Friday. Tonight was the worst experience I've had with a restaurant. I am in customer service and I can't imagine treating my customers this way. An hour and a half after ordering my food I had to call back and they FORGOT MY ORDER. He then offered to add a cheese steak to my order (single guy) and when he delivered refused to take the elevator to my apartment and made me walk out to his car in the rain. Inexcusable and then argued when I told him I could've opened the gate for him and he says "we don't enter buildings" when they have multiple times. I'll never order there again and say noone else should either.

I give the actual pizza a good review however l will never order online or carryout again!!! I had company over and ordered at 6:45 pm online. I was told the delivery would be 35 to 50 minutes. At 7:40 I called to check the status of my order and the staff said it must be out because they didn't see my order there. They told me to call back in 10 minutes if the order didn't arrive. The driver calls me at 7:45 pm and he's in Richardson looking for my address. I live in Garland so off the bat he's 15 minutes away. He says he is on his way. He then calls again at 8:00 pm to ask me my address again. I clearly typed my address correctly in the online order form. I called the restaurant and asked for the manager and the person on the phone just stated that they were extremely busy and asked if they could help me. I then made my complaint that they gave the driver the wrong address and asked if there was something they could do for being so late. They then said no I'm sorry but we are really busy there's nothing I can do for you. I wasn't happy and I told them that the order would have been 40 minutes late and the food was going to be cold. I really wanted to ask for my money back but I had company and needed the food so I bit my tongue. The order arrived at 8:15pm and we ate it cold. Now it was really good pizza and I'm sure it would have tasted even better if it would have arrived on time. I will NEVER order delivery or online again and I'm really disappointed that they wouldn't compensate us for their error but it was great pizza lol.

I used to order from here at least twice a month. Today I called my usual order in at 6:22 they got here at 7 and gave me the wrong pizza. I call and they say they will bring me the right pizza, then someone calls and asks if I wanted it to be delivered or if I wanted to pick it up, I said deliver it, an hour later I call them because I'm still waiting, and the owner gets on and tells me he made the Pizzas himself and bagged them himself and argued with me. Then tells me he would make a cheese pizza for me, but I had to give one back, I said okay, that doesn't bother me because I didn't order the other one. So when someone shows up, I am going to show them the Pizzas so they can see it was wrong and have them let their boss, the owner, know that I was not lying, I don't appreciate being called a liar, and I will find another place to do business with from now on. I'm super angry about how I was treated.
