My relationship with Salsa Brava has spanned two years. This company, while fantastic in vision and marketing, lacks in deliverance.

Overall, the service lacks consistency in speed and professionalism, and the food lacks consistency in temperature and quality. My interactions with management have always been positive.

I have seen excellent service and excellent food on occasion, unfortunately the occasion is too rare. I believe in this company and admire their unique vision, but I wish they would put more emphasis on fundamentals— consistently great customer service and food.

Typical order: Fish tacos, Pineapple-Habanero salsa, and Sopapillas (half-order).

This is some of the best Mexican food in the Springs. The staff are professional and courteous, and the environment is very inviting and clean. I go once a week, and never have a bad meal or experience. Love Salsa Brava!

I had been here before and remembered enjoying the experience. So when we all went out to lunch I recommended we go to Salsa Brava. Boy was that a mistake... The major issue we had was how over salted the food was and the restaurant's dismal response. The beans in particular were inedible. We informed the waitress that the beans were dredged in salt for all 4 of us. Her flippant reply was "We are going to make a new batch for future customers..." and then she walked away. That was it... no discount on the check... no apologies... most importantly no new beans for our table. Also for the fellow service members, there is no Military discount while in uniform. Over all we paid ~$13.50 (including beverages) per person for a terrible experience. This trip was shocking because it showed how inconsistent they are with their service and food. They made me look like a fool for recommending a place like this. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE! Needless to say we wont be coming back.
