Food:

The casino is great to gamble in they have fun games didn't win anything but fun to play if your going to lose. The rooms were not good at all they were terrible there was mold all in the shower no fridge no coffee Brewer one of the lights didn't work no fan in the bathroom to help with humidity and if you fart in the room (my husband after the buffet food) the terrible stench has no where to go cause you can't open the window or even crack if. But the fridge is something I think all rooms should have especially if someone is staying for more than a few days eating out can be expensive and if you have leftovers you can't bring them back to keep cool. In a casino who I'm sure is making alot of money considering I lost a few hundred I think they can invest a few thousand to make their hotel guest feel a little better and as far as mold I think they really need to remodel and scrub every room my aunts who were staying had rooms with mold also on the tiles in the shower and had their toilet really loose they actually had to bolt it back but even tightening it didn't really help. I think they can work on their cleanliness. But I rate 3 out of 5 stars because their food in the casino was pretty good and everyone I had encou tered who worked there was really nice to us and even losing money I had fun. Just clean up the rooms get the mold out and add a frigerator for guests and a coffee Brewer and you'll get 5 stars

The rooms are terrible; wallpaper peeling, carpet torn, and out of date televisions.

The buffet is horrible and the service was even worse.
The Copa Cafe has good food and friendly staff.

We stayed there 2 different times. Both times the staff seemed very uncaring, unconcerned, apathetic, maybe misanthropic. The room was big and very clean. Oddly, the fire alarm goes off if you take too hot of a shower

Most discusting, rude, unprofessional place ever. Asked for a no smoking roo., and we got a room that smelled like a rotten ashtray and throw up. House keeping walked in our room 2 times without knocking and went through my stuff. The female manager is the worst customer service person I've ever met in my life. Most rude, uncaring person ever. I will never ever recommend this gross place.

This has got to be one of the most discusting places ive ever stayed at. Not only was the rooms filthy and outdated the staff was ruid and very unhelpful. I attempted to eat in their mexican restaurant and the employees could barely speak a lick of english. The last time I checked I was living in the United States Of America where the english language is .spoken.Its very frustrating trying to get your order across or your room cleaned when nobody understands what you are saying!!! Security walks around like they have a badge and makes you feel ucomfortable when your trying to gamble. All in all Id have to rate this place on a scale from 1-10 a ZERO!!!
