The place is a giant cluster f*** with 300 screens. The table was dirty and sticky.
Customer service is rude.
The food took was decent : the hot dog was sour and the presentation was horrible (one of the buns was broken in 3 pieces); the sandwich was cold inside and warm outside.

My experience was the absolute worst. The manager was very rude. The profanity that came out her mouth was disgusting. No matter what the situation is you never treat your customers the way she did. I will never go back.

UNSATISFACTION TO SAY THE MOST!!!
Our food was ordered at the same time but the chicken tenders came out 8 minutes before the burger. The burger was WAY overcooked, chicken tenders were WAY overcooked. I addressed the situation with the manager and she comped the chicken tenders and burger but when the waitress came over to drop off the check she had a MAJOR ATTITUDE!!! I addressed this with the manager. When the same waitress came over with the check for us to sign she still had a MAJOR ATTITUDE!! This time I took the check to the manager and told her that the waitress still had an attitude problem and that we left her a $0.08 tip and that we would NEVER be back!!! ALL I CAN SAY IS SAVE YOU MONEY AND EAT ELSEWHERE!!!!

The food is very average. Bland, greasy, and too-big portions of it. Service is just okay, not particularly attentive or quick. Some people think it's a great place to watch sports, but I prefer Tobacco Road for that - more and bigger TVs and you don't have to crane your neck upwards to see them. Plus Satisfaction is usually full of Duke students which is pretty much only fun if you yourself are a Duke student. Bottom line? You could do much better in Durham.
