Very positive experience! All the staff was positive and helpful. I was welcomed when I went inside and the ordering experience and wait time was acceptable. Food was GREAT!!! Restaurant was very clean and neat and obviously well managed. We will be going back!!!

This is the first time I have been disappointed with Schlotzsky. I've been going for over 30 years and this location on Perrin Bietel is terrible. The sandwich had old meat and the cinnamon roll was completely old and stale. I threw the sandwich and the cinnamon roll in the trash.

Stood at the register for 5mins and no one acknowledged me. Lots of ppl in the back talking though. I guess the cashier was in the bathroom. I was annoyed. When I expressed my annoyance I got no apology. Just attitude from some old crusty looking lady I didn't want touching my food. I left. Love Shlotzky's but not this one! This place is a hole.

TERRIBLE!! I waited for 30 minutes in the drive thru after watching the lady in front of me and behind me both order and drive away before they got there food. Also I ordered three sandwiches which were all wrong! I ordered a turkey original and got roast beef. Ii
MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE! Do NOT go to this location. Go across the street to Subway! Gave y'all a ton of chances after getting the wrong order all the time! Also I am very kind and patient. Actually own a business and do not recommend this Schlotzskys terrible customer service!!!

We dined in before heading to my stepsister's graduation. There was a mistake with our order, but it was fixed very promptly. Some of us had never even been to Schlotzsky's, and the employees and management really cared about is coming back.

The employees were so friendly, and Corey clearly loves working for this company. His one year employment anniversary is coming up and he was clearly a great choice in being promoted to management. His employees even seem to really enjoy working for him.
