I try and eat here at least once a month.

Terribly disapointed, but food decent. Waited over 25 minutes for a forgotten sandwich, even after we told them, for a 4 person order. When we asked for compensation, such as free drink or discount next visit we were told there was no management on site and wait staff couldn't do anything. Shortly after, was told a manager would be coming in. She arrived stood behind our booth, we were forced to turn to her, then never looked us in the eyes and told us "Not possible to do anything for you, the sandwich didn't show up on the kitchen computer screen so we are not at fault ." We showed her our receipt verifying our payment for it, manager shrugged her shoulders turned and walked away. Rudeness is not cool, regardless if you can do anything or not.

Went for a sandwich and soup (tomato basil). Fresh, hot and prepared with care.
By that I mean the owner (franchisee) seems to really care; added some extra
turkey and was very pleased with the way it was all prepared (to go) and very
fast. There was a beautiful family there (a service man - USAF) and his soccer
team girls and wife - they were enjoying the place as well. Well kept/clean and
a place to take your family. I'll be going back!

Love the food! They've changed the menu recently 2011 and while I'm not a fan of the new green's they've added to the chef salad I enjoy the food. Unfortunately, the cashier can bit abrasive if you request a "special" order. I went today and asked to substitute regular lettuce for the mixed greens, when he starts to yell at me saying, "the turkey chef salad comes with mixed greens and cannot be changed!" It's could be a cultural difference but it felt very unconfortable.
