Sea Bay Hotel, Ocean City, Maryland Restaurant Details

Food:

Really nice place. Clean,quite. Had a view of the pool. A short walk to the beach. Lots to do at the board walk. I would go again if given the option.

I book a double king size room for the week end and came with my family. The room was fantastic, and the staff was very friendly and i had a great view of the sea. It is a short driving from the board walk. Over all a fantastic experience. my only complain is that the wifi connection their is pretty bad.

Lower your expectations if you decide to stay here. Our family with 2 children stayed just 2 nights next door to a room with about 8-10 college kids who partied all night with loud music. We called the front desk numerous times to request they have them be quiet. Each time, it got quiet for about 30 seconds then cranked back up again.

The first morning, hotel management said there were 2 calls logged against them the previous night. If they received a 3rd complaint anytime during their stay, they would be kicked out.

Same thing happened the second night ... more loud partying, more complaint calls, but the guests were never kicked out.

The 2nd morning, hotel management repeated the rule ... one more complaint and they would be kicked out.

I recalled for them what they had said the morning prior, but this did not seem to resonate as the "3rd" strike rule was repeated.

I asked for a discount and received a meager $50 refund, basically enough to cover my taxes and room fees.

No thank you, I will not be returning and I'd urge you to find somewhere with a reputable manager who will honor their own rules.

Great place to stay! Housekeeping did a great job keeping our room stocked and maintained. The service of the front desk was prompt and very hospitable. A+ would recommend this hotel to friends.

Got a hotel for four days! And they only gave us one parking pass for a hotel room that sleeps six! Couldn't even park my car in there because others who didn't have a parking pass and I said something and nothing was done. Had to call down to the front deck about people who was drunk yelling and banging on door and all the front deck said was "after the security makes there rounds they can check it out!".. Also wanted us to purchase something just to sit on the deck.... This is the second year all this happened so for the cruise friends and I will not be at this hotel! Oh and there was a pair of shoes under the bed! And they wasn't any one who stay with us!!! And the front deck lady was wondered about smoking and working her 12 hour shift! Good job for sucking ass!
