This review is for the hotel, I don't have a problem with the bar or restaurant.

Where to begin, a group of us came down for a bachelorette party (we are in our late 20's/early 30's). We had a room on the 3rd floor. We didn't expect the Ritz Carlton but we did think it would be clean. The floor instantly turned our feet black (shoes were now a requirement). The fans had dust caked on them, the towels had stains on them, who knows when the sheets were last changed on the pull out couch. There was a couch and 1 chair for a room that slept 6.
Bringing everything up to the 3rd floor was terrible since the stairs are narrow. In the room there was a spiral staircase that lead to the loft area, do not attempt these after drinking! One person had to leave their suitcase downstairs because it wouldn't fit up the stairs.
There are a bunch of random doors in the room and one was duct taped shut. I have no idea where it lead but instead of fixing the lock they just taped it closed. It was nice to have laundry in the room but we didn't use it. There was dust, dirt and hair in the corners of the floors so clearly the floor hasn't been washed in awhile.
The worst of it was the front door didn't sit in the frame correctly due to being kicked in and the chain was broken off the door. Late one night during our stay a random guy came into our apartment while we were all asleep. Luckily two of us heard him and he left as soon as he saw us. We had to barricade the door with furniture until the next morning. We complained to the front desk and maintenance came and put a new chain on the door. Turns out that the doors have been kicked in and they need to be replaced but haven't been. It took a few tries to get in contact with the manager and she was very nasty and unprofessional on the phone. She told me "people come into other peoples hotel rooms all the time." Not where I have ever stayed! She was not concerned or apologetic at all. The management is aware of the safety issue but decides to do nothing about it!
The bar itself is nice and we had a great time there but I don't suggest staying here, there are so many other hotels right next door or across the street.

The atmosphere is nice, but food service sucked. I ordered food, they said it was in my friends bag with her food and it wasn't. I went back to confront them about it and they wouldn't give me my money back or new food. Also they had me pay for food from my group that was not mine. I would go back for drinks and the atmosphere, but not for the food service.

Good was good but the service was the absolute worst. I've never had such a horrible experience anywhere. A group of us sat down at a table for dinner and a waiter came and told us we had to get up and go find a hostess to be seated. So we walked around looking for someone, then asked another employee where to find the hostess. They informed us there wasn't one at that time of night and to sit anywhere. We go and sit back down at the same table only to be told to get up and go around to the corner where the hostess was. At this point were walking in circles for 20 mins. So we go ask another employee at a bar, how do we get seated? He said after 10pm (which it was) there are no hosts and to sit anywhere. Obviously at this point were mad and if we hadn't paid $10 a person to get in would leave but the entry fee makes you feel like you have to stay at that point. Obviously the waiter didn't want to serve us though. They also don't tell you that they charge you $30 to "hold your table" like just to eat or drink there. That would have been fine if she at least told us from the beginning. I will never go back to this place.

Good fun in OC!!! I keep own it's a Jamaican themed club/restaurant, but my only recommendation is that they mix up the music a little more. They usually only play rock or Jamaican music. Fun place though. Good drinks

Famous destination bar/beach club in Ocean City Maryland. Very cool how the atmosphere changes as you explore the facility. One minute you're inside grabbing their trade mark drink called a "pain-in-the-ass" the next you're in an open area with sand at your feet and no roof for viewing the stars. Secrets has two stages for musical acts and a pier to dock a boat along with tables and seats in the water for wet dinning
