06/02/2015 4:30 amOne of the nicest restaurants I've ever been in Raleigh! Had a special date with my girlfriend and this place didn't disappoint us. I ordered the Filet Mignon and it was tasty. My girlfriend ordered fin & feathers and she said were splendid. We both liked the Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie for dessert. The staffs are friendly and hospitable. The ambiance was very elegant. Great place! |

04/29/2015 7:19 pmHands down, the best restaurant in proper Raleigh. The restaurant itself is enclosed in an old Southern style 4BR house. The bar in the basement had a decent wine collection and the staff was more than accommodating. The star of the show, without the doubt was the five course meal. As with any good restaurants, I tend to let the chef choose my plates, taking into the caliber of the restaurant into consideration. I was rather surprised with my steak - by far one of the best 5 steaks I have ever had in my life. In addition, the misses had the duck and was just as equally as delicious as my steak. Overall, our dining experience here at this restaurant has been one of the best we have had in the past year alone and will continue to be regular customers at this establishment. |

02/25/2015 5:43 pmThis is my favorite downtown Raleigh restaurant destination for a quiet romantic dinner. The bar is warm and welcoming while you wait to be seated, the staff is delightful and encourage you to enjoy the dining experience. The food is amazing and the fresh specials always include local NC seasonal ingredients. It is a regular reservation and always a treat. |
