Serrano's serves amazing food and at a very decent price! Sometimes the place can be crowded, especially during lunch hour. I come here often for lunch and usually the food is decently quick to arrive, though once we had to wait 30 minutes for food (our server came by to check on us and brought more chips).
If you like authentic Mexican sauces, you will not be disappointed. I particularly like the chipotle and the green sauce. I keep finding myself going back up to the 'sauce bar' and getting more!

In short, great food especially for the price.

I found this place and liked it along with my family, we ordered delivery and I asked for no corn on my salad. I won't be ordering delivery again. It took an hour and a half, just made my bad day worse!

The food, customer service and atmosphere is all top notch. I love coming here and my family and I do so at least weekly. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone. It's food my mother would be proud of!

I really like this place. The food taste fresh. The only negative is, they don't have bigger bowls for getting salsa to dip chips.

I called Serranos and placed an order at 5:23 pm on a Sunday evening. I was told it would be an hour. At 6:45 I called again to ask about the order. I was told the driver had another delivery before mine, and it would be just a few more minutes. At 7:15 pm I placed a frozen pizza in my oven. At 7:30 the pizza was done, then finally the knock at the door. No apology, no offer of a discount, they wanted to complete the delivery at full price 2 hours 10 minutes+ from the time of my order. I ate frozen pizza tonite, they ate their cold non-delivery.
I won't give them another chance, they could care less when my order arrived and expected full payment for cold, old food that had been touring anchorage for who knows how long.
The frozen pizza was OK, rated better, hotter and faster than Serranos. I'd definately go the frozen pizza way again.
