Food:

This rating is solely for customer service, . The waiter was very rude and impatient. Not sure what his problem was but I will not spend my money where it's not appreciate and where I'm not respected. Unfortunately, I do not have his name because he never introduced himself, hopefully future patrons will have a better experience because mine sucked. The food is probably better than the service.

Food:

Not only is Seva a vegetarian haven, I would be 100% confident in saying that meat lovers would thoroughly enjoy this menu as well. The way the food is cooked, whether it be the seasoning or even the char-grilled items, it never leaves you with wanting more out of the flavor. That being said what it comes down to is; The atmosphere is great, with a beautifully lit outside patio, food presentation is appealing but most of all the food is delicious.

-Appetizers-
-Baked Brie: Perfect because the pears sweetness balances the more subtle taste of brie and the roasted pecans add an awesome texture to it.
-Eggplant Rolls: Light dish, but great flavor because of the roasted red pepper and char-grilled eggplant.

-Entrees-
-Char-grilled vegetable wrap: So much flavor and so many textures that compliment one another!
-Pasta Alla Bosca: The soy sausage has the best flavor, the seasoning was on point. The spice, plus the sausage and cheese was so good. Add this dish to your 'must try' list.

-Desserts- side note: all desserts are house-made!
-Chocolate bread pudding: Coming from a non-fan of bread pudding, try this! The warm challah bread, the chocolate, the butterscotch sauce, so perfect!

Portions are good, and prices are reasonable. Casual atmosphere. Very clean. Ample adjacent parking. There is plenty of indoor seating and a large outdoor seating area when the weather is nice.They offer lots of unique beverage choices, and many veg/vegan/gf meal and side dish choices. Creative and delicious combinations. The sandwiches are exceptional. I have been there several times, each time with different companions, some veg and some not. Everyone has been very pleased.

I really like this place. They have good and tasty vegan/vegetarian options. Staff is always nice and welcoming.
Overall a very good experience. Highly recommend.

Wonderful veggie options. Service was slow, but the girl was super nice. I got a mushroom soup which was super tasty and thick. The sandwich I got was bhan mi full of flavor however super spicy. The beet juice blend that I got was good however was very expensive for the size that they give you. If you are a meat eater this place is not for you.
