Worst Shipley's experience I've ever had. The woman kept trying to close the window on us when we weren't done ordering. We ordered 12 kolaches. 6 ham and cheese, 4 sausage and cheese and 2 jalapeño and sausage. We received 2 ham and cheese, 4 jalapeño, and 6 sausage. So I called to let them know and the woman who took our order answered the phone. I explained what happened and she said "I only give you what you tell me. I no hear that. That's not what I hear you say." She just kept repeating that to me. She let me know that if I bring everything back she would exchange them for the correct items, but the hungry boys in my house had already started to eat them. When I told her this she said there was nothing she could do for me. If I'm going to spend twenty dollars on kolaches I would at least like to get what I ordered. So maybe go to another Shipley's because this one has terrible service.

Been going to this shipley for 25 years now. They make the donuts bigger, and the frosting much better than anywhere else in town.
Im not sure what all this fuss about hot donuts is.
Do you want the frosting to melt to the bottom of the box?

Disappointed that I've been to this place three times and the donuts are ALWAYS COLD. Even when they first open. >:( Every other Shipley's I've been to always has warm donuts. That is what they're known for. On the other hand, kolaches are good and fresh.

I asked for a cherry glazed donut with sprinkles since they only put sprinkles on their caked donuts. The gentleman said he'd get in trouble, so I told him I'd pay for the sprinkles. (Really?!) My kid accidentally threw up when taking her medication this morning on the table. I asked for some kind of antibacterial cleaner/spray, and they offered me a damp washcloth. Nothing to disinfect the table. (Gross!) I had to ask for soapy water. It makes me question the day to day cleanliness when they don't have any cleaner in a bottle to clean the tables. Will probably not be back, or will get it "to go," if I do.

Easily the best donuts in town and plenty of locations - you're never far away from one.
