05/27/2016 2:53 amWorst value take-out in Belltown. $62 for a few wimpy rolls 3orders of nigiri and a woeful seaweed salad, I guess it's better to dine in, I'll never order here again for sushi, 3 of us still hungry after dinner. Takers |

05/25/2016 2:19 amMost expensive, unsatifying sushi i've ever had. This place looks like it would be good, but most places i've been to are better. Nice, sophisticated atmosphere though. |

05/05/2016 8:38 pmSuperb omakase - you must sit at the bar! Chefs are fun and interactive. Email/phone reservations are only for the tables, so show up and get on the waitlist for the sushi bar - they'll call you when seating is available. More varieties of fish than Sushi Kashiba at a slightly lower price. |

04/08/2016 9:24 pmGreat sushi, very fresh and tasteful! I try sushi in every city I visit. The sushi in this restaurant is one of the best I ever tried. Fresh and made with care by the chef. Really recommended to sit at the bar and have the (Japanese) chef make a selection of sushi for you (it's possible to pick by yourself as well). The chef will explain what kind of fish it is, and advise whether or not you should use soya saus. Do make a reservation, it's very popular. It's a bit pricey, but definitely worth it. Friendly chefs and other staff. |

02/17/2016 5:27 amWe didn't make reservations but luckily got a table. My friend who is Japanese said this is the best sushi she has had outside of Japan. I totally agree. It is the best sushi I have had outside of Japan. The waiter was awesome and took the time to explain various fish and the flavor of certain cuts. He even recommended beer that was on tap from kegs shipped in from Japan. (Most Japanese beer in the States are brewed here). Besides a few locally caught fish, most of the sushi grade fish is flown in from Japan 4-5 days a week. Amazing dinner and I can't wait to go back! |
