Reliable good to excellent Sichuan food. Staff very friendly, service reliably good. Wide choice of menu items. The spring asparagus menu is of particular note. Everything I've ever had there has been quite good. Favorite Chinese restaurant in Pittsburgh area. Even nicer with 2012 renovation and new name ("Red Tea House").

I ordered general Tso's Chicken with white rice for takeout.
The food took under 15 min and cost about $12.
It was the normal large chinese food portions - 1 order feeds 2-3.

This was one of the best general Tso's chicken I have eaten. I ordered it extra spicy, (most places just add more dried peppers which is worthless!) but they actually made the sauce spicier. Not only did it have a nice burn, but the sauce was very tasty and included a nice mix of white and dark meat chicken.

I will order from here again!
