Sicily's Pizza, Anchorage, Alaska Restaurant Details

These people brought us a BURNT pizza then said they would refund us then RECHARGED our account AGAIN!!! Instead of making it right, they refused to correct the problem and were so RUDE!!! The pizza tastes nasty and they are so obnoxouly rude! I wouldnt ever order from here again!

My pizza was completely burnt! I asked for a refund from the manager and soon after the guy who delivered my pizza called me harrassing me about why I wanted a refund! He was saying how he was going to charge me even after I already was refunded! I am shocked. After they already refunded me they went a head and recharged my card. I dont even think thats legal. I will never order pizza from here again. When you make mistake your suppose to fix it. Period!

This food is not worth the price. You can make better tasting pizza at home!! I spent 40 bucks on pizza and pasta and it is not tasty. Save your money and go elsewhere. There are better places here in anchorage.

If the pizza guy says he doesnt have change, HES LYING.
When I ordered a pizza it cost me 17.99 ..I wasnt going to leave the guy
just 2 bucks and a penny so I asked if he had change for a 20..I guess he thought i was going to take the
2 dollars of change but i really had another twenty to give him a 10 out of. He tells me sorry i dont have any change. So i look at my husband and go crap do you have any extra money..AS SOON as i said that he pulls out a wad of cash like oh wait i do have change lol! he seriously almost screwed himself..

i tipped him 12 anyway because it was raining. still he shouldnt lie like that its messed up.

So..wow. I just noticed the picture on the side of their ad of breadsticks...ours looked NOTHING like that...we seriously got burned pizza dough about 2 credit cards thick..no cheese..and not cut..it really looked like the crust of a pizza (the parts you don't eat). Beside that we ordered online, which took over an hour to get here at about 1 am. What we originally ordered was a Stuffed Crust Meatball pizza with breadsticks and a Ceasar salad with extra chicken and ranch. What I got...a sausage pizza with what looked like the tiniest bit of glue pasted to the inside of the crust, a cardboard box for breadsticks, the salad was ok but the chicken was cold and I got cesear dressing..grr..and three complimentary dented sodas still in their 6 pack sleeve. The nicest part about the food was the box. We spent a total of $30 dollars for this. This place is reallllly hood...don't bother going here unless you're blind and don't have taste buds.
