05/11/2015 1:49 pmDo not go during holidays especially mothers day buffet, it's a total rip off!! The establishment charges a 18% gratuity (tip) for buffet, the generally accepted view on tipping in a buffet atmosphere is usually optional due to the fact that it is normally self service, but in this case ut was automatically infringed. The food is subpar and the dessert lacked options and did not incorporate the medditeranian cuisine which is odd because this a known Mediterranean establishment. The overall setting of the restaurant is not proper for a 4 star restaurant, the seating was cramped and was not made to encorporate groups of 4 or larger in which case two crude tables would be placed in parralel of one another to expand the alloted 4 person table into a wobbly 6 person table. Overall the staff Is quite excellent, it's just sad that a restaurant with so many stars had so many faults |

07/02/2014 1:28 pmGreat Persian food in the middle of Mendocino. I was just driving through and stopped for a bite and was very pleasantly surprised. Would recommend it for travels or locals alike. |

07/18/2013 6:00 amThe food sucks, they try to make middelesdtren food but they do a terrable job, saying this after eating there once and knowing what real middeleastren kabob and homos....etc taste like. |

02/02/2012 12:50 amModesto quality for Manhattan prices. Tried their "signature rack of lamb." For the price and quantity, you would expect perfect execution in preparation. They were not seared on a hot enough grill. Came out dusky and lacking that flavor, presentation and texture of a good rack of lamb. Service was very friendly and helpful. Great place to impress a date... if she's more of a gold-digger than a foodie. |

11/04/2011 3:22 pmWaitperson wasn't prepared with answers for my questions about what Persian Hot Tea is, and what the dip on my plate was, she called it similar to "pico de gallo" and it was delicious! I don't have much knowledge of Mediterranean food, so I was curious about a few things. I found the food wonderful, I wasn't sure what to expect - pleasantly surprised. My husband was disappointed that there was no gyro on the menu, that's what he wanted. He got the Lulu kabob and it was full of flavor and cooked well. Rice was fresh and tasty, too! |
