02/24/2016 10:20 pmLoved the hotel. Stayed there when was in the city to catch a thunder game and the employees were pleasant the room was very nice and clean. I would stay here again. Kryie Irvine can stay at motel 6 next time and see what real bedbugs look like because I didn't even see a fly lol. |

02/24/2016 7:39 pmMy wife and i had a weekend out at bricktown and just needed a place to lay our heads. when we got back to our room, since it was late, we didnt even turn the light on. As we walked through the room we noticed the floor was wet, we could tell because our socks got wet. We rationalized it as them cleaning the carpet and it still being wet. When we woke the next morning we could smell and see what we walked through. there was puke all over the floor, and it wasn't from us. Immediatly upon check out we told the manager and they didnt seem to care. To make things worse, we got an additional charge like a week later for a water we never drank. They refused to reimburse us for the water. We've been back to bricktown many times since and have had zero issues with any of the other hotels. I would recommend ANY hotel in the area over this one. |

02/09/2016 7:22 amEverything here is beautiful and the ballroom that my sorority booked for our event was very spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It wasn't overbearing at all. It felt like they genuinely cared and wanted to help. |

01/17/2016 9:34 pmIf you're looking for a memorable experience, go elsewhere!!!!! By far the worst managed hotel I've ever been to. For the price you expect them to get it right!! Checked in on our first anniversary only to walk into our room which included the smallest king size bed nestled into a room the size of what I imagine a jail cell would be. Also, they failed to setup our "romance package " that we paid extra for. We then advised the front desk and waited 2 hours in hopes that they could find time to sprinkle rose petals on our bed. That's apparently a task that was proven to be more than they could handle. Upset, I went back to the front desk and complained in which they upgraded us to a suite and gave us a food voucher to eat in their restaurant, which was just enough to cover one person. They also stated that room service would be on them the following morning in which we found they actually charged to our card. |

12/28/2015 6:22 amThe ambiance and atmosphere were spot on. The in room amenities were heavily lacking. The water pressure was incredibly disappointing. All in all it was awesome, the bar was fantastic and the dining experience was wonderful. Thin walls and poor water pressure knocked a star off. |
