The hotel was fantastic with great staffing, I gave 3 stars for the POOR valet. We stood outside for 50 minutes, apparently they lost the key and checked the car in under the wrong description. Then the lady in the valet office was defensive about the situation which frustrated us more. I had to personally ask to talk to a manager after 30 minutes of waiting. Very unprofessional for the Hilton.

Oh Hilton, how you have failed me so. Stayed here for a work trip since it was near work. The hotel itself was nice and I couldn't complain much about it except for the fact that there was womans grooming products in my room that weren't cleaned prior to me checking in....The room is nice, weird the 6th floor is right on the roof, feels like people could walk into your room, but that didn't happen obviously. The house keeping wasn't very friendly on bringing items to the room. No WiFi unless you pay for it or have been some crazy Platinum Member. Poor service for an "up-scale" hotel, back to Starwood Hotels for me. The front desk is a mess so that killed the trip for me. Such a disaster.

UPDATE:
Check in was very easy, they had someone text me to check how my stay was going and if there was anything they could do for me. On my recent stay, the room was not as nice as it was the first time. I got two queens this time, there was no king option. I really enjoyed the king bed it was very comfy. The queen beds weren't too comfy. When I got to the room it was okay. It was very much so a convention hotel. The tub was very dirty for some reason, it was like the floor of the tub could not be cleaned completely. I requested for the tub to be cleaned but I was offered a change of rooms. The new room tub was not any better. I just wore my flip flops in the shower, but I was far too tired to change rooms again it was getting late and I had to work early in the morning. The garage is very cramped for parking, but it is slightly cheaper than Valet. The concierge front desk office did reach out to me to fix my stay though, but I was not going to be there much longer. I did really appreciate the service this time. though. The room still falls short however.

The room was great in all honesty. Was not sure about a DND sign.. Parking wasn't explained to well either but all in all one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at great rates and I'll definitely be going back... I had an amazing room with a very nice view! Next time it will be a long stay!

Pretty amazing experience. Rooms are nicely sized and are very cozy. Customer service is fantastic. There is a free shuttle that will take you whoever you'd like or pick you up for free. The workers are extremely nice and accommodating. All in all one of my favorite stays.

Food:

My fiance and I stayed here to celebrate our engagement and anniversary! The night view was beautiful as we were facing Discovery Green. However, the room was small for an executive suite. Honestly, I've had better breakfast at other places. It was nice but I expected more!
