My husband and I love coming here. Really good traditional cocktails. One of the best Blood and Sand's in the city. The food is nice too, but if I'm honest, we come here to get a fantastic drink with our meal.

Came here for a brunch at around 12 and we weren't disappointed. The place is in a very industrial area but it's very clean and hip. The service is a little slow.

I split the TURKEY SAUSAGE HASH and the frittata with my husband and everything was delicious! I personally loved the turkey sausage hash better. Everyone in our table was very satisfied with their food and the ambiance in general.

I have not been to the Slow Club in at least 7 years and I was surprised that it was quite delightful as I remembered. We shared a lovely meal of a delicious arugula salad, the grilled squid which made me want to kiss the chef and say 3 hail Mary's and we shared the lovely tagliatelle pasta that came with gorgeous purple cauliflower and scrumptious greens. The sauce was perfect. I was sorry I didn't have a chance to see the dessert menu or enjoy a glass of wine. We ran off to see a play. We both wished we would have stayed and were tempted to return for more good food and atmosphere.

Pros:
- all-around solid food
- cool, hipster ambiance where the menu is written on the glass door

Cons:
- food is not memorable

Bottom line: meh. Maybe try once, if you work nearby...

*Veggie friendly*

We ordered the market vegetable platter and flatbread without cheese but with a side of Tomba tuna. Both were excellent and had a spicy bite! If you sit outside, they're dog friendly.

"Mission cool" paired with "fresh" "local" ingredients from a "seasonal" New American menu characterize this "popular" "neighborhood" "go-to" in a "noisy" "industrial" space; "hipsters" come for the "not-too-pricey" fare, "solid" brunch and "impressive" cocktails, while service is generally "knowing."
