Smitty's Restaurant, Clearwater, Florida Restaurant Details

We saw Smitty's on restaurant impossible and were excited to see it was about 15 minutes from our resort for vacation. I'll be honest, the show is the only reason we came here, but we are glad we did. Everything was exceptional and very affordable. We highly recommend the Greek burger and the gyro. Also, the chili was very good. The waitress was incredibly friendly and attentive. I now kind of wish we didn't live 1,000 miles away!

We work close so we visit Smitty's at least once a week. They have good food. Wed- Spaghetti day is our favorite, try it with chicken parm and the meat sauce.

I've eaten at Smitty's over 500 times in the past 15 years and love their food.

The best thing on the menu is definitely the CHICKEN SLOVAKIA platter. It's served with a big greek salad with their homemade potato salad, feta cheese, tomatoes, onions and pepperocinis.The grilled marinated chicken is coated with spices and served with hot pita bread and tzatsiki sauce. All this for $6.95!

I'm writing this review because I was trying to go there today for lunch and didn't have their phone number. So I looked them up on the net and noticed that no one ever reviewed their Chicken Slovakia. It's Monday, July 5 and their closed so I decided to take 5 minutes and write about my favorite little restaurant

They also have great omelettes ! My favorite is tomatoes, onion, mushroom and feta cheese.

THIS IS NOT A FANCY PLACE. JUST GREAT FOOD WITH GREAT PRICES.

THEY ARE NOW ONLY OPEN FROM 7-2 PM.
