Smoky Mountain Brewery & Restaurant, Gatlinburg, Tennessee Restaurant Details

Food:

We ordered 2 pizza's and both were delivered to our table wrong! Both were supposed to be light bakes and were not and 1 was missing a topping that we had to bring to our waitress's attention. She said they could bring pepperoni out and put it on our pizza which was crazy or they could make us another one. We were so hungry and had to wait a long time to get our pizza so we ate our pizza as is. We had to also bring it to her attention not to charge us for the topping we didn't get. The service we received from our waitress was not good either. She didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. Very disappointed in the food and service we received from a restaurant we were looking forward to that was recommended to us and we had to wait 1-1/2 hours to get in when we clocked in at 5:30 pm!

Food was good. Had a good experience a year ago. We made a return visit this week and our server was aweful and rude! He ruined our entire meal due to his attitude! As we were waiting to be seated we overheard a server training a new employee. She was telling him we don't take customer complaints seriously and we just laugh about them. The food was good but it took too long to get our food! Aweful service and slow service! We will not be returning! If you are looking for good food and bad service then check this place out....

We got to-go orders from the Smoky Mountain Brewery 2 of the 4 nights we stayed in Gatlinburg. The kids loved the pizza was my steak was delicious was cooked perfectly! Yummy.

Food:

One of the best deals in town... Nine 5oz sample flights for $10! All their beers were pretty good, actually the Smokey Mountain light was my favorite. And the Brew masters Siracha IPA was my fiancés favorite. The bartender was nice and very attentive. The wings were good!

Really good service. Great selection of home brewed beer's. Definitely go there if your in Gatlinburg. I only rated it 4 stars because I've only been to a couple of places that get 5, but my 4 is equal to most people's 5. Sorry but my standards are higher then most.
