Reopened in Way West Chelsea, this "upbeat" eatery/nightclub retains its "old Havana" supper-club vibe, from the glitzy chandeliers to the checkerboard dance floor; the kitchen turns out midpriced Cuban favorites, best paired with tropical cocktails, and later on the scene turns into a "Latin dance party."
