Sonic, Arlington, Texas, Fast Food Restaurant Details

Must be short staffed on a Sunday? Took forever to even order?!? Horrible service.

Food:

I ordered 3 corn dogs 2 limeades and a frito pie. After waiting 10 minutes the waitress comes and tells me that she could only make one drink because they ran out of sprite. . . How sonic runs out of sprite I do not know. Fine I tell her forget the drink. She then comes out with with only 1 corn dog after I specifically ordered 3. By this time I'm fed up and got my money back and left hungry.
I usually go to this sonic because it is convenient but lately I have been extremely unsatisfied with the service.

Horrible service! The manager took our order and was clearly incompetent. After waiting literally 30 minutes, the waitress comes out, hands us our food, and says, "your food has been ready, it was just sitting on the counter for 10 plus minutes " Food was cold and soggy and the drinks weren't what we ordered. I requested the owners number but the manager refused to comply. I won't go back. I hope the owner sees this

So I just got done waiting 40 minutes for a chili cheeseburger meal with a cherry limeade while other cats came and went in 5-10 minutes. I had to buzz back in 3 times before a manager would talk to me. Then when the meal finally came out they have me a coupon for a free medium cherry limeade and an insincere apology. On top of the long wait when I got to eating my food my burger that was supposed to just be meat, cheese, and chili was packed full of all the other toppings. Let's just say I will not be going back to this Sonic for a while after the treatment I had today.
