Made my order and the manager was outside talking (gossiping) to another customer about a former employee. Her voice carried quit loudly and could hear everything. I am a district manager and I am saying that was very unprofessional and could have been delt with in a more discreet way instead of in-front of customers.

If i could i would give this sonic NO stars. The manager was rude, they made my Poweraid *mointain berry blast* SLUSH a regular dring with rasberry. When we tried to get them to replace it we had to call the manager out twice. She was rude, did not know her own stores inventory, and treated us bad. I will not come again

I wish I could give this location less then one star. We are new to the area and this is the closest Sonic to our home and decided to try it out today. We received the worst customer service from any resturant that we have ever been to. The lady who took our order was rude and cut us off with a total after ordering our first item and rudely gave us a total. We politely mentioned that we needed to order more and her attitude escalated and at one point she hit the speaker button and we could hear her laughing at us. Please take your money else where. We will not be visiting this location ever again.

Extremely rude and disrespectful Management. After requesting a menu substitution was informed that you may not substitute fries despite being willing to pay difference in cost. After calling this location the shift supervisor stated that the employee was new and that he had corrected her after overhearing the order. The supervisor witnessed a problem yet did nothing to rectify the situation! After calling corporate about this issue, the franchise owner? called and was very rude, unapologetic and simply said that we were wrong and that the menu does not state you may make substitutions.
