Ordered a banana Oreo shake get home there are no Oreos go back and the give me side cups of Oreos told me to mix myself wow

This place is ridiculous. Every single time I go to half price shakes I ask for the same thing. A hot fudge shake and they always reply with the same answer. "We are out of hot fudge for tonight". I understand sometimes you won't always have the necessities to make what the customer wants but this seems to happen every time I go there. This place needs help
